The Q model has a number of features besides those in the classic P22: a completely redesigned frame with a time-tested Hi-Grip finish and interchangeable backstraps in two sizes (S/L, included). In addition, the slide serrations have been enlarged for better handling. The Picatinny rail permits mounting of standard accessories.
