Rifle Browning X-BOLT Composite Brown ADJ The Browning X-Bolt SF Composite Brown is developed to require a minimum of maintenance under rough conditions. The strong composite stock can take any weather with no maintenance and the Dura-Touch coating offers a good grip. The adjustable cheek piece enables you to set the height perfectly to your chosen rifle scope and the Influx II recoil pad lets you securely shoulder the rifle, while taking care of a substantial part of the recoil. As the name suggests, this Browning X-Bolt SF Composite Brown features a Super Feather trigger. This play-free trigger securely engages without play and has a minimal pull, smooth without creep. Barrel and other metal parts are matte blued to prevent glare and the barrel end has an M14x1 threat with knurled thread protector. The oversized bolt head is -even with gloves- easy to handle and below the stock and forend sling swivel studs are pre-mounted. A third position on the safety lets you operate the bolt while the safety is still engaged.

Double bedding. A free-floating barrel is essential for utmost accuracy. The X-Bolt SF’s free-floating barrel is perfect due to double bedding i.e. positioning of the barrel/breech block assembly at two points with respect to the forearm, at the front and at the rear.
Bolt-unlocking button. The bolt-unlocking button works in conjunction with the safety to provide and added degree of safety.
Threaded barrel. The barrel is threaded for the addition of a sound moderator or muzzle brake at the end of the barrel.
Inflex II. This ultra flexible recoil pad provides the best recoil absorption possible on a gun. The exclusive design and material used promote a downward deviation of the direction of the recoil forces, thus pulling the stock slightly away from your face in order to reduce the recoil and upward motion of the gun. 4 pads are available: 12mm, 20mm. 25mm or 32mm. This makes it easy to adjust the length of your stock.
Rotating magazine. Made in light ultra-resistant polymer, it gives exclusive protection to bullet noses.
